2. In short

This website uses no cookies and no analytics or tracking tools. The fonts are hosted on this website itself, so visiting it sends no data to Google or other font providers. I only process personal data when you write to me, fill in a form or sign up for the newsletter.

3. Hosting and server log files

The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA. When a page is opened, technically necessary data is processed: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and operating system, and the previous page. This is needed to deliver the website and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Transfers to the USA are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

4. Contact by email

If you email me, I process your details to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). I delete them once they are no longer needed, unless legal retention obligations apply.

5. Contact and registration forms (Jotform)

For enquiries and registrations I use forms by Jotform Inc., 4 Embarcadero Center, Suite 780, San Francisco, CA 94111, USA. The forms open on jotform.com. Depending on the form, you enter e.g. your name, email address, phone number and your request – and, if you wish, information about your health, body and sexuality.

I only use this information to handle your request and prepare our sessions or your workshop participation (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Information about health and sexuality is specially protected; I only process it with your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. The data is stored by Jotform and transferred by me into a protected client record with servers in the EU that only I can access. I delete it once it is no longer needed for our work together, unless legal retention obligations apply (e.g. for invoices). Transfers to the USA are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. More: jotform.com/privacy.

6. Newsletter (Mailchimp)

If you sign up for my newsletter, your email address is sent to Mailchimp (The Rocket Science Group LLC / Intuit Inc., 405 N Angier Ave NE, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA). The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); you confirm your sign-up by email (double opt-in). Mailchimp may record whether a newsletter is opened and which links are clicked. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every issue; your address is then deleted. Transfers to the USA are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. 7. Links to other websites

This website links to Telegram, YouTube, Medium and Linktree (Instagram). Their content is not embedded; only when you click a link do you leave this website, and that provider's privacy policy applies.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3)). An email to hello@cloecrettaz.com is enough.

You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, e.g. the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Alt-Moabit 59–61, 10555 Berlin.

This website uses SSL/TLS encryption (recognisable by "https://").
